Roger Tibbetts – President

As the Founder of Accelerate – New World Business S-Corp, it’s my company commitment to deliver action driven sales and marketing solutions for small to mid-size manufacturing companies $5MM-$100MM. National Sales Representation and Consulting services available. I also serve as Vice President of Sales for Injen Technolgy. Accelerate was created to provide short-term rapid-fire sales solutions built around defined long-term company strategies. All-inclusive sales planning to achieve company goals through rapid growth. My history of success and deliverables at your disposal covers a broad range of experience since 1977. Executive responsibility and management of small manufacturing companies to those over $150MM. Actions taken have consistently resulted in double-and-triple digit growth. This success map includes product categories from high performance and bolt on accessories, to cosmetic enhancements sold through wholesale distribution, ecommerce and big box retailers within the automotive industry and home improvement centers throughout North America and internationally. Skill sets offered include training and creation of a professional internal sales staff and independent Rep agencies through implementation of result driven sales strategies with written plans to achieve company sales targets while meeting EBITA. Anticipated results are achieved through detailed sales planning, setting marketing objectives, proper website development, trackable electronic advertising, broad range E-blasts, point-of- sale materials and most importantly, industry contact expansion via a manageable CRM program.

Randy Kramer   – Associate Representative

Based out of the Chicago IL area, Randy has over 40 years of experience in the Manufacturer’s Representative business. Over the years Randy has built strong relationships with his customers driven by focused communication and a commitment to quality service designed to meet both the manufacturers and customers goals. 

Some of his key customers include, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Do it Best, Granger / Zoro, LeMans, MENARDS, Mills Fleet Farm, Tractor Supply, Blains Supply, Rural King, Lynco Distributing, DAS, Supply, Lowes, Chicago Parts and Sound, Wholesale Direct, and S & S Automotive. He works with both the manufacturers and customers to ensure their products receive the necessary attention and sell through programs to achieve success.

Randy’s knowledge of products and our industry covers a broad spectrum of categories and product types. 

Aftermarket- key categories include – Bolt on Car and Truck Accessories, Underhood Replacement Parts, Chemicals, 

Product types – Key products include – PowerTools, Lift equipment, Drive Shafts, Manifolds, toolboxes Running boards, Sunroofs, Auto Polish and cleaners
